Firebox Dolphins v Roosters Finals Ticket Competition

The Firebox Dolphins v Roosters Finals Ticket Competition is conducted by Firebox Australia.

The Competition is open to eligible Firebox trade customers who are aged 18 years or over and meet the entry requirements outlined below.

To be eligible to enter and receive the prize, the participant must hold an active Firebox trade account. The account must be within its agreed trading terms, with no overdue balances or active credit hold, at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded. Where an account falls outside its approved trading terms, Firebox reserves the right to deem the associated entry ineligible.

The Competition will commence at 12:00pm AEST on Monday 21 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 24 September 2026.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • purchase at least one designated promotional product featuring the Competition sticker during the Competition period;
  • spend a minimum of $500 AUD ex GST in a single online order, excluding delivery charges and after applicable discounts;
  • place the qualifying order through Firebox Online at firebox.net.au; and
  • enter the promotional code DOLPHINSVROOSTERS at checkout.

The promotional code must be entered at the time of purchase for the order to qualify as a valid Competition entry.

One qualifying order constitutes one entry. Purchasing multiple designated promotional products within the same qualifying order does not result in additional entries.

Each qualifying order must independently meet all entry requirements. Participants may receive one entry for each separate qualifying order placed during the Competition period.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, credited or otherwise determined not to meet the qualifying purchase requirements may be deemed ineligible.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Competition period.
  • The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on Friday 25 September 2026.
  • The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their eligible Firebox order or customer account.
  • Eligibility will be verified prior to the prize being awarded, including confirmation that the winner's Firebox account remains within agreed trading terms.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, is unable to accept the prize or is subsequently found to be ineligible, Firebox reserves the right to conduct another draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize

  • The prize is two tickets to the Dolphins v Roosters match on Friday 25 September 2026 at 7:50pm.
  • The match will be held at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, Queensland.
  • The prize is not transferable to another person and cannot be substituted for another prize at the winner's request.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, Firebox Rewards Points or any other reward.
  • Any costs associated with attending the event that are not specifically included as part of the prize, including travel, accommodation, food or other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions

  • Firebox may require reasonable proof of identity, age, account status and eligibility before awarding the prize.
  • Employees of Firebox Australia, contractors directly involved in conducting the Competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Participation in this Competition does not alter the participant's Firebox Online Rewards Points balance or normal Rewards Programme eligibility unless expressly stated as part of the promotion.
  • By entering the Competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Firebox contacting them where reasonably required to administer the Competition, verify their eligibility or award the prize.
  • Any separate consent to receive Firebox marketing communications will be managed in accordance with the information and preferences provided by the participant.
  • Firebox reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant or entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or where Firebox reasonably believes there has been tampering, manipulation, fraudulent conduct or misuse of the Competition.
  • Firebox's decision regarding eligibility and administration of the Competition is final, subject to applicable law.
  • Firebox reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Where reasonably required, affected entrants will be notified of any material change.
