Firebox Halloween Wolf Plumbing Promotion Terms & Conditions
The Firebox Halloween Wolf Plumbing Promotion is conducted by Firebox Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 75 116 370 793), 16 Craftsman Close, Beresfield NSW 2322 (“Firebox Australia” or “Firebox”).
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 31 October 2026.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who meet the entry requirements outlined below.
To be eligible to enter, participants must either:
- Hold an active and approved Firebox Credit Trading Account; or
- Be eligible and willing to establish a new Firebox Credit Trading Account, subject to Firebox Australia's standard credit application and approval process.
Participants who do not currently hold a Firebox Credit Trading Account may enter during the Promotion Period, however they must successfully complete Firebox Australia's standard credit account approval process before they can be confirmed as the winner or redeem the prize.
Approval of a new Firebox Credit Trading Account remains subject to Firebox Australia's normal credit assessment, account requirements and trading criteria.
Existing Firebox Credit Trading Accounts must be within their agreed trading terms and have no overdue balances.
Accounts that are 30 days or more overdue, on credit hold, suspended, or otherwise outside approved trading terms are not eligible to redeem the prize until the account is brought up to date and normal trading status is restored.
Firebox Australia reserves the right to withhold, pause or restrict prize confirmation, voucher issuance or redemption while an account remains overdue, on credit hold or otherwise outside approved credit terms.
If a provisional winner does not hold an eligible Firebox Credit Trading Account and is unable to obtain approval for a new account, they will be deemed ineligible and Firebox Australia may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Employees of Firebox Australia, contractors directly involved in conducting the Promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Locate a genuine Wolf Plumbing product installed as part of an existing plumbing system in a residential, commercial, industrial or other setting.
- Capture an original photograph clearly showing the Wolf Plumbing product in its installed position.
- Upload the photograph to their Instagram account as a post or story.
- Tag @fireboxaustralia in the Instagram post or story.
- Submit the entry during the Promotion Period.
One valid photograph constitutes one entry.
Participants may submit multiple entries featuring different qualifying Wolf Plumbing products or installations, provided each entry independently meets these Terms & Conditions.
Multiple photographs of the same Wolf Plumbing product or installation will be treated as one entry.
4. Qualifying Photographs
Entries must show a genuine Wolf Plumbing product being or installed as part of an existing plumbing system.
Photographs of products simply sitting in a warehouse, workshop, storage area, showroom, on a shelf, in packaging or otherwise not installed as part of an existing plumbing system will not qualify.
Participants must have a public Instagram account or otherwise ensure Firebox Australia can view and verify their entry.
If an entry is submitted using Instagram Stories, participants should retain the original photograph and reasonable evidence of the story submission until the Promotion and winner verification process has concluded.
Type of WOLF products include but not limited to: Fire hose reels, landing valves, dual boosters etc. A WOLF logo must be shown on the image/images
Photographs must:
- Be the participant's own original work.
- Accurately represent the installation shown.
- Not be digitally manipulated in a way that misrepresents the product or installation.
- Be submitted with any permission reasonably required to photograph the installation or location.
- Not contain identifiable individuals, confidential information, customer information or sensitive location details without appropriate consent.
Entries that do not tag @fireboxaustralia, cannot be viewed or verified, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed ineligible.
5. Safety and Site Access
Participants must not access private property, restricted areas, plant rooms, controlled areas or plumbing infrastructure without appropriate permission or authorisation.
Participants must not interfere with, dismantle, modify or alter any plumbing product, installation or system for the purpose of obtaining an entry photograph.
The Promotion does not require or encourage participants to undertake plumbing work, maintenance or any activity requiring a licence, qualification or specific authorisation.
Safety and site requirements must take priority over participation in the Promotion at all times.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 6 November 2026 by Firebox Australia.
The winner will be selected using a random selection process.
The provisional winner will be contacted through Instagram using the account associated with their entry.
Firebox Australia may require reasonable proof of identity, age, Australian residency, ownership of the submitted photograph, Firebox account eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions before confirming the winner.
The provisional winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested information within 14 days of notification.
A provisional winner will not be formally confirmed until all eligibility and Firebox account requirements have been satisfied.
If the provisional winner:
- Cannot be contacted.
- Does not respond within the required period.
- Is unable to accept the prize.
- Does not provide reasonably requested verification.
- Does not meet the Firebox Credit Trading Account eligibility requirements.
- Is unable to obtain approval for a new Firebox Credit Trading Account.
- Is subsequently found to be ineligible.
Firebox Australia may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining eligible entries.
The confirmed winner's name and/or Instagram username may be published through Firebox Australia's website, Instagram account or other relevant promotional channel for a minimum of seven days.
7. Prize
The prize is one $500 AUD Firebox Online Voucher.
The total prize pool is $500 AUD.
The voucher:
- Is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
- Can be redeemed through Firebox Online at firebox.net.au.
- May only be issued to and redeemed against an approved Firebox Credit Trading Account.
- Requires the account to be within agreed trading terms and have no overdue balances at the time of redemption.
- Cannot be redeemed while an account is overdue, on credit hold, suspended or otherwise outside approved trading terms.
- Must be used before the stated expiry date.
- Cannot be extended beyond its expiry date except at Firebox Australia's discretion or where otherwise required by law.
- Is not transferable to another person, customer, branch, account or related entity without prior approval from Firebox Australia.
- Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be exchanged for Firebox Rewards Points or another reward.
- Does not generate or represent Firebox Rewards Points.
- Cannot be retrospectively applied to orders placed before the voucher is issued.
Where the Firebox Online system permits a remaining voucher balance following a purchase, that balance may continue to be used until the earlier of the balance reaching zero or the voucher expiry date.
Any amount spent above the available voucher balance must be paid by the winner in accordance with their Firebox account terms and accepted payment methods.
Normal Firebox Online product availability, freight charges, credit conditions, account terms and ordering requirements continue to apply.
8. Firebox Rewards Programme
This Promotion is separate from the Firebox Online Rewards Programme.
No Firebox Rewards Points are required to enter the Promotion or claim the prize.
The $500 Firebox Online Voucher cannot be converted into Firebox Rewards Points, combined with Rewards Points as a substitute for cash, or exchanged for another reward.
Any Firebox Rewards Points ordinarily earned from an eligible Firebox Online transaction will remain subject to the separate Firebox Online Rewards Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
9. Entry Verification and Fair Use
The Promotion is intended for genuine participation and enjoyment.
Firebox Australia reserves the right to review and verify entries and may disqualify any entrant or entry where Firebox reasonably believes there has been:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Manipulation or tampering.
- Misrepresentation of an installation.
- Duplicate entries for the same installation.
- Unauthorised use of another person's photograph.
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Other conduct that compromises the fair administration of the Promotion.
Incomplete, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
Firebox Australia's decisions regarding entry eligibility and administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
10. Use of Entry Photographs
Participants retain ownership of photographs they submit.
By entering the Promotion, participants grant Firebox Australia a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, repost, publish, share and display their submitted photograph in connection with the Promotion and Firebox Australia's marketing activities.
This may include Firebox Australia's website, social media channels, email marketing, digital advertising and other promotional materials.
Firebox Australia may resize, crop, format or add reasonable promotional branding or graphics to an entry provided the underlying photograph is not materially misrepresented.
Firebox will provide appropriate credit to the entrant where reasonably practicable.
11. Privacy and Communications
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to Firebox Australia collecting and using information reasonably required to:
- Administer the Promotion.
- Verify eligibility.
- Contact entrants regarding their entry.
- Confirm Firebox account status.
- Identify and notify the winner.
- Award and administer the prize.
Entry into the Promotion does not automatically subscribe a participant to Firebox marketing communications.
Any separate consent to receive Firebox marketing communications will be managed in accordance with the participant's preferences and Firebox Australia's applicable privacy practices.
12. Instagram and Meta
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Firebox Australia and not to Instagram or Meta.
To the extent permitted by law, participants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising directly from the administration of this Promotion.
Participants must also comply with Instagram's applicable terms and platform rules.
13. Changes or Cancellation
Firebox Australia may amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable, Firebox Australia will communicate any material change affecting participants through the same channels used to promote the Promotion.
Firebox Australia reserves the right to correct genuine administrative, technical or publishing errors relating to the Promotion.
14. General
The prize is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable Firebox Online conditions applying to use of the voucher.
Firebox Australia is not responsible for Instagram outages, account privacy settings, failed uploads, internet connection issues or other technical circumstances that prevent an entry from being received or verified.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
