Promoter: Firebox Australia Pty Ltd
ABN: 75 116 370 793
Address: 16 Craftsman Close, Beresfield NSW 2322
The Firebox Cruise Promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Firebox Australia Pty Ltd (“Firebox Australia” or “Firebox”).
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion will operate across two separate promotional periods:
Promotion 1: Monday, 26 October 2026 at 12:00am AEDT to Monday, 9 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
Promotion 2: Tuesday, 10 November 2026 at 12:00am AEDT to Tuesday, 24 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
Each promotional period offers one cruise prize.
Entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on the final day of the relevant promotional period unless a valid winning Joker selection is confirmed earlier, in which case that promotional period will close in accordance with Section 4.
If Promotion 1 closes early, Promotion 2 will still commence on Tuesday, 10 November 2026 as scheduled.
All dates and times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who are authorised to place orders on behalf of an active Firebox trade account.
To qualify:
- The customer must hold an active Firebox trade account and have a registered Firebox Online login.
- The qualifying order must be placed and submitted exclusively through Firebox Online at www.firebox.net.au.
- Orders placed by phone, email, in person, through an Account Manager or by any other ordering method are not eligible.
- Participating credit accounts must be within their agreed trading terms, not subject to a credit hold and not over their approved credit limit immediately before the qualifying online order is submitted.
- An order that itself causes an otherwise compliant account to exceed its credit limit will not automatically disqualify the entry, provided the order is accepted and invoiced in full before the relevant promotional period ends.
- The qualifying order must meet the minimum purchase requirements and be invoiced in full by Firebox Australia before the relevant promotional period ends.
- Both approved credit trading accounts and active prepaid trade accounts are eligible, provided they meet the applicable account requirements.
Multiple Login Eligibility
Each registered Firebox Online login is permitted to enter the Promotion once per 24 hours during the relevant promotional period.
Businesses with multiple registered Firebox Online logins may submit multiple entries every 24 hours, provided:
- Each entry is placed through a separate registered login.
- Each login submits no more than one qualifying entry per 24 hours.
- Each entry is supported by a separate qualifying online order valued at $1,000 or more excluding GST and freight, after applicable discounts.
- All qualifying orders meet the eligibility and invoicing requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Example: ABC123 Company has three registered Firebox Online logins. Each login may place one qualifying online order valued at $1,000 or more excluding GST and freight per 24 hours. ABC123 Company may therefore receive up to three qualifying entries per 24 hours, provided each order meets the Promotion requirements.
For the purposes of the Promotion, the Firebox customer account is considered the entrant. Employees or authorised representatives placing orders on behalf of a business do not automatically acquire personal ownership of the prize.
An authorised representative of a winning business account must nominate the two passengers.
A business account may participate in both promotional periods and may win a maximum of one cruise prize per promotional period.
Employees of Firebox Australia, contractors directly involved in conducting the Promotion and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
This Promotion is exclusively available for orders placed through Firebox Online at www.firebox.net.au.
To participate, eligible customers must:
1. Log in to their registered Firebox Online trade account.
2. Place a single online order valued at $1,000 or more excluding GST and freight, after applicable discounts, during the relevant promotional period.
3. Select a card number between 1 and 15 and enter their selection in the Order Notes field at checkout.
4. Enter the selection using the following format: “Cruise Card #2”, replacing 2 with their chosen card number.
5. Ensure the qualifying order is accepted and invoiced in full by Firebox Australia before the relevant promotional period ends.
Important Entry Conditions
- Only orders placed and submitted through Firebox Online qualify.
- All online orders are electronically timestamped at submission. The recorded date and time will determine entry eligibility and the sequence in which card selections are assessed.
- A valid card number must be included in the Order Notes field at checkout.
- Orders submitted without a valid card selection will not qualify.
- Card selections cannot be added, amended or changed after order submission.
- Each registered Firebox Online login is permitted one qualifying entry per 24 hours.
- Multiple registered logins associated with the same business account may each submit one qualifying entry per 24 hours.
- A separate qualifying online order is required for each entry.
- Firebox Australia will aim to confirm each card selection on the same day the qualifying order is placed; however, same-day confirmation is not guaranteed.
- Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the $1,000 minimum spend.
- Orders submitted outside the relevant promotional period are not eligible, regardless of when they are processed, invoiced or dispatched.
Invoicing Requirements
- All qualifying online orders must be invoiced in full by Firebox Australia before the end of the relevant promotional period to be eligible.
- Orders that remain partially invoiced or uninvoiced at the close of the relevant promotional period will not qualify, regardless of when the order was originally placed.
- Orders containing backordered products will only qualify if the complete order has been invoiced before the relevant promotional period closes.
- Cancelled orders do not qualify.
- Orders subsequently refunded or adjusted below the minimum qualifying value may be invalidated, subject to applicable law.
- A winning card selection will only be confirmed once the associated order has been invoiced in full and all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
- Firebox Australia reserves the right to verify order values, invoicing status and account eligibility before confirming a prize.
4. Playing Cards and Winning
Each promotional period features 15 playing cards consisting of:
- One Joker
- Two Aces
- Twelve other playing cards
Customers must select their preferred card number between 1 and 15 when placing their qualifying online order.
Each selection will be recorded against the customer’s Firebox Online order.
All online orders are electronically timestamped, and selections will be assessed in the order in which qualifying orders were submitted, based on the recorded system timestamp.
Firebox Australia will verify each selection against the applicable card allocation to determine whether the customer has selected the Joker, an Ace or another playing card.
A winning selection will only be confirmed once the associated qualifying order has been invoiced in full and all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
Where multiple customers select the same card number, the recorded order submission timestamp will determine the sequence in which those selections are assessed.
Joker – Instant Win
A customer who selects the Joker will be provisionally identified as the winner of the cruise prize allocated to the relevant promotional period, subject to eligibility and invoicing verification.
The associated qualifying order must be invoiced in full before the end of the relevant promotional period.
All online orders are electronically timestamped. Where multiple customers select the Joker, selections will be assessed in order of their recorded submission timestamps.
The first eligible Joker selection will take priority, subject to the associated order meeting all eligibility and invoicing requirements.
Where a Joker selection is awaiting verification, Firebox Australia may temporarily suspend further entries while the qualifying order and account status are reviewed, subject to applicable law.
If the provisional winning selection does not meet the eligibility or invoicing requirements, Firebox may assess the next Joker selection in timestamp order, subject to applicable law.
Once a valid winning Joker selection has been confirmed, the relevant promotional period will close immediately, and no further entries will be accepted.
Firebox Australia will update the promotional information displayed online to advise that the prize has been claimed.
Ace – Second-Chance Draw
If the Joker is not selected during the relevant promotional period, customers who selected either of the two Aces will qualify for a second-chance draw.
Each registered Firebox Online login may receive one entry into the second-chance draw per promotional period, regardless of how many times that login selects an Ace.
Businesses with multiple registered Firebox Online logins may receive multiple entries into the second-chance draw, provided each entry is associated with a separate registered login and a qualifying online order that meets all eligibility and invoicing requirements.
Example: ABC123 Company has three registered Firebox Online logins. If each login places a qualifying order and selects an Ace during the promotional period, ABC123 Company may receive three entries into the second-chance draw.
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Ace entries for the relevant promotional period.
All second-chance entries remain subject to verification of the qualifying online order, invoicing status and account eligibility.
If No Joker or Ace Is Selected
If neither the Joker nor an Ace is selected during the relevant promotional period, Firebox will conduct a random draw from all valid qualifying card selections received during that period to award the cruise prize.
All Other Cards
Selecting any other card does not result in an instant win or an Ace second-chance entry.
Other card selections will only qualify for the fallback draw if neither a Joker nor an Ace has been selected during the relevant promotional period.
Card Selection and Verification
The card allocation and administration process will be managed internally by Firebox Australia.
All card selections and winning outcomes remain subject to verification in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
5. Second-Chance Draws
Where a second-chance draw is required, the proposed draw dates are:
Promotion 1: Tuesday, 10 November 2026.
Promotion 2: Wednesday, 25 November 2026.
Each draw will be conducted using a random selection process from the eligible entries for the relevant promotional period.
The draw will be conducted at Firebox Australia’s premises, 16 Craftsman Close, Beresfield NSW 2322, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
Winners do not need to be present to win.
The exact draw time, selection method and any required independent supervision will be confirmed before the Promotion commences.
Where a selected winner is ineligible or a prize remains unclaimed, any redraw or alternative allocation will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
6. Prize Details

Firebox will make reasonable efforts to contact winners promptly.
Winners must provide the required booking information within the timeframe communicated by Firebox, subject to applicable statutory prize-claim requirements.
Any forfeiture or reallocation of a prize will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
Alternative winners will be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements.
Firebox may announce verified winners through Firebox Online and its official promotional channels, subject to applicable privacy and publication requirements.
8. Account Status and Trading Terms
Participating customer accounts must remain within their agreed trading terms and must not be subject to a credit hold or exceed their approved credit limit at the time of entry.
If a Firebox trading account is on credit hold, exceeds its approved credit limit or is outside its agreed trading terms immediately before a qualifying online order is submitted, Firebox Australia reserves the right to disqualify the associated promotional entry, subject to applicable law.
Firebox Australia may verify the account’s trading and credit status at the time of order placement and during winner verification.
Where a qualifying order itself causes the account to exceed its approved credit limit, this will not automatically disqualify the entry, provided the account was compliant immediately before the order was submitted, the order is accepted by Firebox and the order is invoiced in full before the relevant promotional period ends.
Where an account becomes overdue or exceeds its approved credit limit after a valid qualifying entry has been submitted, this will not automatically invalidate the entry or any prize entitlement.
Any disqualification will be assessed against the account’s status at the relevant time and the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
9. Prohibited Conduct and Invalid Entries
Customers must participate honestly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Firebox may investigate and invalidate entries involving:
- Fraudulent or unauthorised orders.
- Manipulation of the card-selection process.
- Multiple customer accounts or logins created or used to circumvent the permitted entry limits.
- False or misleading information.
- Artificial order splitting or transactions intended to manipulate entry eligibility.
- Deliberate interference with the Promotion.
- Collusion or other improper conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage.
The use of multiple existing, legitimately registered Firebox Online logins belonging to the same business is permitted in accordance with Section 2.
Firebox may disqualify participants where there is reasonable evidence of a breach, subject to applicable law.
10. Technical Issues and Promotion Administration
Firebox will take reasonable steps to ensure the promotional entry process operates accurately and securely.
Where technical issues affect entry recording, order timestamps or prize allocation, Firebox may temporarily suspend the affected promotional functionality while the matter is investigated.
Firebox will retain appropriate records of qualifying orders, registered logins, card selections, timestamps, invoicing verification and prize allocation.
Any modification, suspension or cancellation of the Promotion will be subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
Firebox will not retrospectively alter valid winning results except where necessary to address fraud, ineligibility or a verified technical error, and only where permitted by law.
11. General Conditions
Firebox reserves the right to verify entries, qualifying purchases and winners.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable Australian trade promotion, consumer protection and privacy laws.
Firebox may amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
To the extent permitted by law, Firebox accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury connected with participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The cruise operator is responsible for the operation of the cruise and associated travel services, subject to applicable law.
