How To Enter & Terms & Conditions


1. Place an order online through Firebox Online for over $1,000 (ex GST & Freight) and pick one (1) song from the Firebox Jukebox. If you find an Instant Win under your song (we’ll email you the result), you instantly win a Corporate VIP Experience to see Coldplay at Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park NSW on Thursday 7th November 2024 only. 2. The promotion starts on Tuesday the 1st October at 12:01am AEST. 
3. Each individual (registered Firebox Online user) is limited to one (1) guess per calendar day. If a company has multiple users/purchasing accounts, each login can have one (1) guess as long as the minimum spend requirements (above) are met.
4. We will give away two (2) Coldplay tickets per week. If the winning songs have not been guessed in any week, these un-won tickets will be included in the second chance draw.
5. Each company is limited to a maximum of two (2) Coldplay tickets in total.
6. Each week the playlist wont change, just the location of the instant winning tickets and second chance draw songs. 
7. We will be drawing 6 tickets between Tuesday the 1st October and Friday 25th October 2024. Additionally, a second chance draw will take place on Thursday the 31st October, selecting one (1) person at random from a list of individuals who uncovered the Second Chance draw in the prior 3 weeks of the competition.
8. Tickets can not be sold to any party, though can be transferred to a colleague, customer or family member. The winning ticket/s will be issued in person to the winner/s on the day of attendance, and we will meet for pre-drinks at Sydney Olympic Park (Location TBA).
9. Each weekly draw can only have two (2) instant winners. Online orders are date & time-stamped, and participants must enter their guess (Song # 1-15) in the online order note field. Once the order has been placed, if no Song # number guess as been entered in the checkout notes field, the order cannot be amended and the chance of guessing with this order/s will be forfeited. The first two (2) correct guess will win. If someone guesses the correct song on the same day before the winner(s) are announced, they will be added to the second chance draw along with those who also subsequently guessed the correct song. Multiple entries may be received for the second chance draw.
10. You will receive communication about the result of your guess via email. Once the winners have been announced, we will inform all participants via email. The second chance draw will still be open, and the Firebox Jukebox still rattling away into the night.
11. Travel or accommodation to or from this event is not included.
12. This competition is valid for orders placed online only and valid for orders over $1,000 (ex GST & Freight) for one guess, and $3,000 + GST for two guesses.
13. Single Order/s must be over the value of $1000 (ex GST & Freight) and not multiple orders equating to over $1000 (ex GST & Freight).
14. Firebox Australia PTY LTD reserve the right to change or amend this promotion at any time, and if so, all registered entrants will be notified.
